Steve Gladwin (Owner) has over 20+ years of construction experience including management, scheduling, estimating, customer service, quality controls and safety standards. Steve has a degree from the University of Maryland and holds a United States Coast Guard Captains License.

Steve is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and holds National Association of Home Builders designations, including Certified Green Professional, Certified Sales Professional, Certified Lead Safety for Renovation, and Certified Graduate Builder. Steve was named Project Manager of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg and serves on the Board of his condominium association.
